Ever wondered why the rate of sexual assault revictimisation is high? One explanation is because once a child has been sexualised they give off unconscious signs to predators that they are victims: that they can keep their little mouths shut, that their self esteem has been damaged and that their once bright little souls have been tainted. Abused kids are appealing to predators.

act_lscape-s.jpgIt is time to stop the vicious cycle of child abuse. It is time to answer the appeal of abused children and to give financially when there is nothing more that we can physically do as individuals. We appeal to you to join us and to help the therapeutic work that goes into making abused kids less appealing to predators.

Through ourcommunity.com, the Abused Child Trust has raised an appeal to make your giving easier. Eager to expand their work in Far North Queensland, Australia, The Abused Child Trust aims to assist anyone who needs them. An appealing vision indeed, but, help is expensive and help needs your help.

Help them without even leaving your home. Online giving to the Abused Child Trust through ourcommunity.com is tax deductible and receipts are automatically generated and sent via email.
